Century Software's Technical Support is available weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mountain Time, except for the following holidays:

New Year's Day Memorial Day

Independence Day Labor Day

Thanksgiving Day Day after Thanksgiving

Christmas Eve Christmas Day

Technical Support has its highest call volume during the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Mountain Time. For quicker response to your technical support issues, please contact us before 11:00 a.m. or after 1:00 p.m. Of course, if you have an urgent issue, call any time during our regular hours.
