This is an InstallShield error. To fix it, do the following:
- Go to the directory C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield.
- Locate the subdirectory Professional in that directory and rename it. For example, change the folder name to profess_.
NOTE: Renaming this folder will not affect your PC’s functionality in any way.
- After renaming the folder, run the TinyTERM install again.
