This happens because the .tpx extension used by TinyTERM isn’t registered on install. To fix this, click the Open With button on the error dialog. If asked, choose Select the program from a list next.
You’ll get an Open With dialog. In that dialog, select either tt.exe or CSL Run Engine ActiveX Doc Object Server, whichever is displayed. You may need to choose the Browse option to find it.
Finally, check the box marked Always use the selected program to open this kind of file, then click OK. From then on, double-clicking a .tpx file will open TinyTERM.
